Potty Training

Man! I thought potty training my son was hard. Now i looked back and think man there wasn't nothing to it. My daughter is 19 months and in the past month we've had a problem with her taking her diaper off 24-7! It became so bad we had to start puttin her diapers on backwards. We've tried pull ups and she figured that out also. Now the only thing we can do is keep the diaper on backwards and keep pants on her. So since she keeps taking it off we figured well she's ready to be potty trained., but its likes shes scared of the potty. Everytime we put her on the potty and she starts to pee or poo she jumps up! Its like when she feels it coming out shes gotta run lol. I've tried turning water on while she sits there, giving her; her sippy cup, and tried giving candy when she did pee. Anybody got any suggestions?
